[Updated] Phillip Choi on the chopping block after lashing out at SBS' 'On-Site 21' for report regarding celebrity soldiers + apology

Kuki NewsWhile the masses have been criticizing celebrity soldiers spotted onSBS' 'On-Site 21's latest segment for their lack of respect of being on duty as an active soldier, actorPhillip Choidid the opposite by lashing out at SBS and its reporters instead.

Phillip Choi gave his two cents on his Twitter writing,"Are you guys so pure yourselves???? Seriously", "What is 'One-Site 21'?? A group of idiots??? What are you trying to accomplish by exposing private lives??? Crazy f*ckers"

With the tense mood surrounding this controversy with netizens realizing that celebrity soldiers have the freedom to use their cell phones whenever they wish, as well as go drink in public and even visit 'happy ending' massage parlors, which would not be possible for a regular citizen soldier serving in the military - his tweets couldn't have come at a worse time.

As he received quite a backlash himself, he ended up deleting his tweets. However, the internet is the internet and once things get out, it's hard to take them back as he realized too late after his tweets had spread all over the web.

Netizens expressed their thoughts, writing,"I don't think he understands the severity of this issue", "You're probably going to say that you got hacked, aren't you?", "Is a soldier visiting a massage parlor during his service considered part of his private life?","I'm scared this is what the mentality of all celebrities are like,"and more.
