[POLL] July's comeback battle: female edition
1. 2NE1 "Falling in Love"
2NE1had their long,longawaited comeback. The girls went for a more girly concept this time around than their usual fierce-queen style, but all the same the girls are total veterans on the stage! With this reggae-themed comeback, the girls have also started to show up on 'M! Countdown' and 'Show! Music Core' as well, not just 'Inkigayo'. "Yeah, in the club it's getting ugly, I don't care. Can't nobody stop the fire, let the haters sit and stare!"
2. A Pink "NoNoNo"
Amidst the sexy and fierce girl groups, we've been having at least one girl group tackle the cute concept. This month, it was none other thanA Pink.The girls have started winning awards with "NoNoNo" this week, and the bright, summery theme is perfect for the hot weather! These girls really prove that you don't need wear revealing clothes to snag attention!
3. Jewelry "Hot & Cold"
Jewelryis another veteran group that's back this summer, and they've settled for the perfect song to showcase their traditional sexy as well asBaby J's expert rapping! "Hot & Cold" is a dance song with a bit of a trot feeling to it, and the ladies have adopted a 'cute stalker' concept to chase after a man they've been crushing on.
4. Ailee "U&I"
Aileehurt her ankle on one of her comeback stages, but was that going to stop her?No way. She fixed up the choreography so she could still pull it off on her bad ankle, and she still stood on her sky-high kill heels to belt out perfect notes. "U&I" is full of belting notes, but she hits every single one without a miss!
What to look forward to: f(x) "Rum Pum Pum Pum", AOA Black "MOYA"
Sadly,f(x)andAOA Blackhave yet to make their comebacks, but theywillbe back by the end of July. Here's an honorable mention for the upcoming groups!
