The beautifulNam Gyu Riis looking even more picturesque than the view in the latest issue of 'Beauty+'!
She looks like an elite lady on vacation at this resort by a lake for the July issue. But actually, these photos were taken the day before she left to film forSBS' 'Laws of the Jungle', which is not exactly what you'd call a vacation.
She shared her diet secrets with a simple tip, "Eating good food and sweating while working out is the best." She revealed she has been doing pilates three times a week for the past three years.
She also takes care of her skin with vitamins and acai berry face packs.
