[ASKKPOP] Kyle Hanagami responds to A Pink's use of his choreography for 'Yonce' ('Partition') on 'Sketchbook'

A Pink' sChorong,Hayoung, andBomi, did their best to break away from their innocent image by performing a sexy dance cover toBeyonce's "Yonce" ("Partition") on the recent episode of 'Yoo Hee Yeol's Sketchbook'. Although it left the audience cheering and surprised to see this sexy side of the girls, choreographerKyle Hanagamicouldn't help but be a bit taken aback that credit wasn't given.

The choreographer took to his Twitter to respond:

This of courseisn't the first timethat choreographers have voiced their wishes to be given credit towards Kpop artists, agencies, or broadcast stations. Although the artists do not receive any direct profit from these dance covers, it seems the general consensus is that choreographers would like acknowledgment for their creation and hard work and/or to be asked permission to use their choreography in advance.
