Big Bang's Seungri successfully wraps up first solo fan meetings in Japan

YG EntertainmenttoldallkpopthatBig Bang'sSeungrihas successfully completed his first solo fan meetings in Japan.

Tickets to the two sets of August 26th fan meetings held at Shinkiba Studio Coast, which he set up himself, are reported to have sold out. Including the Osaka event planned for September 9th, 80,000 people total signed up for the 9,000-seat show.

For the fan meetings, the Big Bang member sang his renditions ofHideaki Tokunaga's "Rainy Blue" andAKB's "Heavy Rotation". The highlight of the show came when he sang "What Can I Do" from his first solo mini-album 'V.V.I.P', which was released back in January of 2011.

Seungri has been promoting solo in Japan since July for a 3-month run as a regular onFuji TV's 'Sakigake! Ongaku Bangjuke Eight' as well as his own variety show 'V.I from Big Bang'.

In related news, Big Bang is currently traveling the world for their concert tour 'Big Bang Alive Tour 2012', which is opening in 25 cities throughout 16 countries.
