2YOON reveals 4minute’s health secret is eating eel
During a recent filming forKBS 2TV‘s ‘Vitamin‘,2YOONshared their secrets on how they maintain their health.
2YOON revealed,“4minute’s health secret is eel. We make sure to eat multivitamins, omega 3, yeast, pear juice, pumpkin juice, red ginger, and blueberries to maintain our health.”

Jiyoonshared,“I eat meals that my mom prepares for me daily, which don’t contain any instant foods and only healthy foods. Egg omelette is the usual side dish, but my mom puts in so many vegetables you can hardly taste the egg.”
Gayoonalso shared,“The healthy meals that my mom prepares are of some help, but 4minute’s health secret is definitely eel. When our bodies aren’t in good condition, we eat eel. We eat eel often, and if the company doesn’t buy it for us, we use our own money to eat it.”a
