2PM’s Nichkhun to end hiatus through ‘KOICA’s Dream’

2PM‘sNichkhunwill be making his comeback throughMBC‘s volunteer program ‘KOICA’s Dream‘.

The idol, who took a hiatus this past summer after he wascharged with a DUI, is traveling to Tanzania today, October 5 KST. The staff of ‘KOICA’s Dream’ is reported to have requested Nichkhun’s participation in the program after hearing about hispast volunteer work.

Nichkhun will be joined by a team of 23 volunteers and five celebrities, including 2PM’sTaecyeon, and actorsKim Hyuk, Lee Tae Ran,andPark Sun Woong. They’ll be helping out 400 residents in the area, which has no access to electricity or running water, until they return to Korea on October 21.
