[Spoiler] Top 10 contestants from ‘K-Pop Star 2′ hold a special competition with Season 1 cast

After the conclusion ofSBS‘s ‘K-Pop Star 2‘ last week, with the determination of the final victor, this week’s episode saw a just-for-fun special competition, the ‘Dream Stage’, take place between some of the top contestants. The producers also invited some of the original ‘K-Pop Star‘ participants to join the stage.

Each team consisted of one contestant from Season 1 and one contestant from Season 2.Yoon Hyun Sangfrom Season 1 joinedAndrew Choi, whileBaek Ah Yeonteamed up withShin Ji Hoon. Last season’sLee Seung Hoonwas partnered withBang Ye Dam, andLee Hiand2000 Wonjoined forces. The Season 1 winner,Park Ji Min, was partnered withAkdong Musician.

Yoon Hyun Sang and Andrew Choi sangYoo Jae Ha‘s classic hit, “Because I Love You“, while Baek Ah Yeon sang an OST song from the musical “Les Miserables“, “I Dreamed a Dream“. Lee Seung Hoon and Bang Ye Dam put on a foot-tapping performance withRyang HyunandRyang Ha‘s “I Didn’t Go To School“. Park Jae Hyung and Raccoon Boys put their own spin onBritney Spear‘s “Toxic“.

Finally, the winners from both Seasons 1 and 2 – Park Ji Min and Akdong Musician – traded songs, performing “Don’t Cross Your Legs” andAdele‘s “Rolling In The Deep“.

The performances were scored by the contestants themselves. Although all of the performances were amazing, the final winner was Lee Hi and 2000 Won with their rendition ofRihanna‘s “Love The Way You Lie“.
