South Korea's economy to surpass that of France, Russia, and Canada by 2030

South Korea is on its way up! According to the United Kingdom'sCentre of Economic and Business Research(CEBR), South Korea's economy will continue to grow to the point that it will surpass the economies of affluent nations such as France, Russia, and Canada.

On December 26, the CEBR released its annual "World Economic League Table," listing economic rankings of nations all over the world and predicting their rankings in the future.

Regarding South Korea,CEBR stated, "Korea is becoming an economic powerhouse ('Gangnam Style'?) as its growth continues – its league table position moves from 15th in 2013 to a solid 8th, just behind Germany in 2030," showing that Korea will make an impressive leap up the ranking.
