Ryohei Otani cast for movie "Battlefield"

ActorRyohei Otanihas been cast for the movie "Battlefield".

"Battlefield" is about the part of General Lee Soon-sin during the Myeong-ryang victory and is directed byKim Han-min. The cast includesChoi Min-sik,Ryoo Seung-ryong,Jo Jin-woongand more.

Ryohei Otanitakes on the role of commander Junsa who was an existing character then. He takes part in the battle but earns confidence from General Lee Soon-sin. Ryohei is about to leave a strong impression in following his previous work withKim Han-minin "Arrow, The Ultimate Weapon".

Former model and current Japanese actor Ryohei was known in Korea through a Dunkin Donuts commercial and starred in dramas,"Soul Mate", "Tokyo Sun Shower","The Road Home"and more. He also made it screens with "Arrow, The Ultimate Weapon" and also starred in "Hero - Drama - 2012" and "THE CHASER - Drama".

Ryohei has been practicing his martial arts and horse riding for this movie. He's also shaved his head and volunteered to be the casts' Japanese instructor.

Meanwhile, "Battlefield" cranks in mid-January and will be released next year.
