Prosecution demands 1 year of jail time for Amy

Prosecutors have demanded 1 year of jail time forAmy.

On the 18th, Amy had her trialconcerning her illegal use of propofol. The prosecution demanded a jail time of 1 year to the court, as well as the confiscation of the 3 propofol ampoules. The prosecution said, “The defendant has confessed to her crime and has shown deep remorse. However, for the crime she has committed, she still must receive a strict penalty.

Amy’s lawyer pleaded, “The defendant has admitted her crime. She was stressed and felt oppressed as a TV personality, so we plead for a light sentence. Propofol is a much weaker drug than others such as philopon. She had been overseas for a while, so she did not know much about propofol, and she had bad health before her arrest.”

“I made a mistake and I admit doing wrong… However, there are a lot of things I still want to do. Please give me a chance to do some good deeds,”Amy remarked when making her final comment during the hearing.

Amy’s sentencing will be held on November 1st.
