[POLL] The battle of the girl groups in June: Which one was your favorite comeback?
Back in May, we hadSECRET,4minute, andT-ara N4 go head to headin their girl group battle, and two weeks into June, we have even more girl groups who made their way back to the K-pop scene.
Rainbow - "Sunshine"
Rainbowis the unique one out of the comeback girl groups because they've decided to tackle the summer heat with an overdose of cuteness with "Sunshine"! Armed with a song that perfectly fits their group name, they've been melting hearts with their adorable, aegyo-filled choreography. They're also providing a dose of smiles for the broadcast stations as well with their channel-number jerseys. We've seen a lot of sexy for the girls, and they've decided to go for cute since "Tell Me".
SISTAR -"Give It To Me"
The hottest group of 2012 is back to make your summer sizzle even hotter!SISTAR really hit a grand slam with "Loving U" and "Alone" last year, and they've come back with another amazing song in "Give It To Me"! Other than the fact thatHyorin looks like she went a tad overboard on tanning while Dasom looks like she spent a bit too much time indoors, the girls look stunning! As always, they're the epitome of healthy, looking sexy without being way too thin like some other girl groups can be. "Give It To Me" itself has incredible choreography - no one in K-pop can pull off 'moulin rouge' better, and we can't forget the set of vocals that these girls have!
Chocolat -"Black Tinkerbell"
Chocolat really excited fans with their "Black Tinkerbell" because they've been missing from the K-pop scene since February 2012. The girls turn into a sort of dark Tinkerbells calling for love for their Peter Pan. Their outfits and choreography may be a little simpler than the other girls' on this list, but it fits their theme perfectly, and their voices are perfect for the song.
After School -"First Love"
No one quite does sexy performances likeAfter School, and they really took it up a level higher with their pole dancing for "First Love". When the girls announced that they would be pole dancing for the song, many fans admittedly didn't think much of it - maybe something likeGa In's "Bloom", which was really impressive but something that we wouldn't see on stage. But the girls took pole dancing seriously - where Ga In did it in her MV for a short period, the girls spend the entire song (save some nanananas) on the poles, making the entire process look effortless and awing everyone with their smooth, expert moves.
