Epik High’s Tablo participates in ‘Save the Children’ donation exhibition

Epik High‘sTabloparticipated in the ‘Save the Children‘ donation exhibition and auction.

On October 4th, Tablo was in attendance for an exhibition and auction held by the the NGO ‘Save the Children‘ featuring donated goat art. Last June, Tablo and his wifeKang Hye Junghad participated in the ‘Hope Relay to Send Goats to Africa‘ as the honorary ambassadors of ‘Save the Children’. The donation exhibition and auction was held by the campaign to help starving African children. The event raised around 8 million KRW (approximately $7,200 USD), enabling the donation of 201 goats to Africa.

The works of art displayed included those of Seoul city mayorPark Won Soon, the Tablo-Kang Hye Jung couple, actressSong Sun Mi, writerSon Mi Na, and animation directorPark Ki Wan. Tablo bought his own artwork for one of his middle school fans. He said, “I heard that a Daegu middle school fan came up to buy my artwork, but couldn’t and had to turn back. I wanted to give this to that fan,” and explained why he entered the auction.

Epik Highwill be having their comeback after 3 years through their song “Cold” withLEE Hion October 9th, and then they’re scheduled to release their new album on the 19th.
