[ASKKPOP] Cebu inmates dance to "Gangnam Style"!

Cebu inmates have a history of large-scale dance covers of K-pop songs.  So it should come as no surprise that the y recently tackled the worldwide phenomenon "Gangnam Style".

Apparently, there was "insistent public demand" for the group to cover the song. Over 1000 inmates of the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center (CPDRC) took to the rainy courtyard in front of a host of guests.
