BAP captured Russia with “Power”
Group BAP is gaining popularity in Russia.
On May 2, the largest English K-pop site, All K Pop, announced that BAP’s song “Power” is gaining popularity in Russia.
It was also announced the song “Power” ranked No. 10 on the
music chart on YouTube Russia, and it was voted “the best foreign clip” of
April 2012, from “Russia Top 30.”
The same article also said that there was a flash mob (held
on April 14) of the debut song of BAP called “Warrior.” The flash mob was held
at a street in Russia and about 20 local fans got together to dance to the song
“Warrior” and received applause and support from other fans.
BAP has been ranked in the top 10 of the Canada and US
iTunes stores with their song “Power.” BAP boasted their popularity as their
album was sold over 30,000 the day it was released.
