Yoo Jae Suk and Kim Yong Man’s lawyer has made a statement regarding the outcome of the Supreme Court’s ruling

 Broadcasters Yoo Jae-suk and Kim Yong-man won the court case for unpaid royalties. Yoo Jae - suk 's lawyer defeated the first and second card, and won the third card. Yoo Jae-suk was paid the full fee according to the trial.

On January 22, Choi Chung-dan, a lawyer for law firm Yoo Seung-tae, said, "The purpose of the Supreme Court's ruling is that Yoo Jae-seok and Kim Yong-man are parties to the broadcasting contract, Yoo Jae-seok and Kim Yong-man. " 

On June 17, the Supreme Court rejected the case in favor of plaintiffs in the lawsuit filed by Yoo Jae-seok and Kim Yong-man to confirm the right to claim the deposit. It was the ruling to lift the hands of Yoo Jae-seok and Kim Yong-man who filed the suit. Yoo Jae-seok and Kim Yong-man won the lawsuit in seven years since filing their first lawsuit in 2012.

If so, Yoo Jae-seok and Kim Yong-man will receive a total of about 600 million won. Choi said, "If you are tried in the high court according to the decision of the Supreme Court, you will receive the full amount of 600 million won." 

I have just finished the trial in seven years, is there any interest on unpaid wages? Choi said, "There is not a lot of interest as much as the deposit money."

The trial of Yoo Jae-seok and Kim Yong-man is expected to affect other entertainers' disputes related to performance fees. Choi Chung-dan, an attorney, said, "It is influential because it is a Supreme Court ruling. It is highly likely that entertainers will win the battle for other performance fees. "
