"If there is a formal arbitration request from both parties, we will intervene so that a good agreement can be reached so that we can continue the activities between our company and the artist."

The following is an official position of the Korea Entertainment Producer Association.

Hello. It is Korean Entertainment Producer Association.

LM Entertainment and Gang Daniel are in dispute about the dispute, which is likely to lead to misleading reports.

The Association of Korean Entertainment Manufacturers maintains the principle that they will not intervene promptly on matters that are going to be agreed upon between their company and the artists.

The association can help resolve both parties' formal arbitration requests, but it is best to keep a good agreement between the two parties in the current situation.

The Association is concerned that this dispute will proceed as a lawsuit, and if there is a formal arbitration request of both parties, we will intervene so that a good consensus can be drawn up, so that we can continue the activities between our company and the artist.

Thank you.
