Lee Elijahhas been cast for the upcoming tvN drama"Basketball".

"Basketball"is a new drama byKwak Jeong-hwanfrom the KBS 2TV drama "The Slave Hunters", "The Fugitive Plan B" and others. Based on the motive of a real basketball team in the year 1948,"Basketball"is about the conflict, resolution and love of teenagers on a basketball team.

Lee Elijahtakes on the role of a rich family's daughter who studied in Japan and is a magazine reporter. Unlike the other wealthy people, she has a lot of interest in society and dreams of a free relationship world but is an immature daughter because of her authoritative father. She will be in romance withDo Ji-hanwho plays Kang San.

Lee Elijahsaid, "The director advised me about my role as Sin-yeong from the first day and I was so overwhelmed by the support he gave me, I cried. This is my first leading role and I will do my best to make it work".

"Basketball"will start filming in June and be broadcasted in September.
