[ASKKPOP] INFINITE H's Hoya reveals he wrote 'Pretty' for his mother

The showcase forINFINITE H's long-awaited comeback took place at the AX Korea in Seoul on January 26, where the boys performed the tracks off their new mini-album, 'Fly Again' including title track, "Pretty".

Hoyasaid in relation to the title track, "It's quite a pretty song. I think when I wrote the song, I did so looking pretty. Even when I was working on it at home, I wrote the song looking pretty," showing how seriously he took on the job.

When asked if there was somebody he was thinking of while writing the song, Hoya made everyone go "aww" as he revealed, "I wrote it thinking ofInspirit(fans). I wrote it while worrying over what lyrics to write." Then he revealed for even more "awws," "Truthfully, I wrote the song while looking at my mother. It had been a while since I saw her, and she looked pretty."

Dongwoo asked, "Did you say to your mom, '(informal) You're really pretty?'" Hoya cutely answered, "I talked to her informally without even realizing."

The hip hop song "Pretty" was composed in a style that portrays the emotions of two men, Dongwoo and Hoya, and is the only track without a featured artist from their mini-album.
