Girls' Generation's Sooyoung parodies 'Beauty and the Beast' on 'SNL Korea 9'

Girls' Generation's Sooyoung is the first host on 'SNL Korea 9'.


The tvN variety show returned for their 9th season on March 25, and the host to start the new season was none other than Sooyoung!


As 'Beauty and the Beast' is back in the limelight with the musical romantic fantasy film being recently released worldwide, 'SNL Korea' decided to parody it. 


During the skit, Sooyoung portrayed the role of Belle while comedian/hostShin Dong Yupportrayed the Beast. For a scene where the two were to kiss, Sooyoung suddenly pulls back and says that she can't because she doesn't like hair and the beast is too hairy. The Beast decides to pull out hair from his face but that doesn't satisfy Sooyoung and the beast decides to pull hair... from other parts of his body. Eventually, Sooyoung is satisfied and serenades the beast with the 'Beauty and the Beast' song.
