Big Hit Entertainment making preparations to go public by 2019?
Following the news ofBig Hit Entertainment'simmense growthasBTSis receiving much popularity overseas, recently performing at theAMAs to winning an award at the 'Billboard Music Awards' over the summer, more details were revealed concerning the agency.According to the Finance and Services Committee on November 22, BTS' agency Big Hit Entertainment is planning to file for an IPO in early 2019 and a preliminary screening on the Korea Exchange (KRX) in the second half of 2018. The company also hired a CFO for the intricate process and preparations for the initial public offering.
