Having previously worked as T-ara's hairstylist, Kim Woo Ri commented,"While T-ara was still a rookie group, the girls worked really hard during the course of 3-4 years as they acquired a strong bond."
She continued,"However with the addition of a new friend, the bond shifted. It is clear that T-ara had done nothing wrong."
Kim Woo Ri mentioned,"Hwayoungcalled the staff in charge of washing hair at the beauty parlor, 'Shampoo.' Instead of calling her 'hair and makeup artist', she'd say, 'Let's go, Shampoo'. And that is what led to the rumors spreading among the staff,"surprising the audience.
