A stuffed squid dish done fusion style

# Ingredients

1 squid, cheongyang red pepper, green vegetables, 1 tomato, 1 lemon, capers, Grana Padano cheese, 1 onion, 1 spring onion, instant rice, ssamjang (traditional soybean paste mixed with red pepper paste)

# Steps

1. Oil a frying pan. Separate legs from body of squid, chop them and stir-fry with chopped onions, spring onions and cheongyang red pepper.

2. Add instant rice and ssamjang. Then dice tomato and add to the frying pan.

3. Stuff the body of the squid with the rice fried with squid legs and vegetables. Secure the opening of the body with a toothpick and grill the squid on a grill pan.

4. Place green vegetables, sliced tomato, lemon and capers on a plate. Put the cooked squid on top in the center of the dish.

5. Make cuts in the squid and sprinkle Grana Padano cheese on top.
