Korean pop group BIGBANG and YouTube Red announce new series

"Run, BIGBANG Scout!" Starring record-breaking, internationally celebrated korean pop stars BIGBANG

Series Debuts April 26 on YouTube Red Celebrates BIGBANG's 10 Year Reunion

Today, YouTube released "Run, BIGBANG Scout!", a six-episode series featuring the legendary Korean pop group BIGBANG on YouTube Red. This is the first YouTube Red Originals series to launch in Korea. With over 140 million records sold, BIGBANG is one of the most popular boy bands in the world. "Run, BIGBANG Scout!" was produced by YG Entertainment in collaboration with YouTube to commemorate BIGBANG's ten year anniversary.

"Run, BIGBANG Scout!" is a lighthearted reality show in the vein of popular Korean variety shows that place celebrities in unfamiliar surroundings. Here, the five members of BIGBANG go camping together for the first time and reminisce about the past ten years. The show promises to be a trip down memory lane for superfans as the series' recaps major moments in BIGBANG's history. The BIGBANG membersG-Dragon,Choi Seung-hyeon(T.O.P),Seung Ri,Taeyang, andDaesungpay tribute to the family, staff and fans who have given them so much support over the years -- and celebrate together before band memberChoi Seung-hyeonheads off to serve his mandatory military duty.

Each episode gives fans a candid, behind-the-scenes glimpse into the lives of the BIGBANG members. Fans will see them as they get ready for work, go grocery shopping and cook at the campsite. Their conversations will reflect their characteristic wit and sharp humor that fans love.

BIGBANG members gather at the campsite, eating their homemade lunches, as they discover what the camping trip holds in store for them.

The band's managers open up about what it's like working with the members of BIGBANG.

BIGBANG prepares an epic BBQ together.
