Kim Hyeon-sook gets married

Comedian and actressKim Hyeon-sook, who is famous for playing the older, unmarried woman Young-ae in the tvN drama "Rude Miss Young-Ae Season 13", tied the knot on Saturday, according to local reports.

"Kim is getting married on Saturday to an ordinary businessman", an associate of Kim told local reporters before the wedding. "They have been going out for about a year".

The wedding processional took place at the Millennium Seoul Hilton Hotel in central Seoul at 1 p.m. At a press conference held prior to the ceremony, the 36-year-old actress expressed excitement about the wedding, saying that she "never believed such a day would come".

The newlywed couple will head to Malaysia for their honeymoon.

Kim, who has played Young-ae since 2007, has been widely loved by viewers for the series' hilarious yet sad episodes depicting the reality of life as a single, older woman in Korea. Its 13th season recently aired its last episode.
