Hong Sang-soo's lonely divorce trial, wife refuses

DirectorHong Sang-soois going through some difficult times with the divorce from his wife.

According to sources, the divorce is currently on standstill. Apparently the wife hasn't been delivered the papers related to the divorce as she was 'unavailable' three times.Hong Sang-sooapparently submitted certified copies of an order of correction to court last month.

OSEN tried to contactHong Sang-soo's attorney on the same day but they wouldn't talk to media.

Hong Sang-soofiled for divorce from his wife on the 27th of November. The wife didn't want to accept any papers related to the divorce back then so the court considered it 'an unadjusted decision' and handed the case to official court.

Sources say if the wife continues to avoid delivery of papers, the trial will go on due to service by public notice and the court may decide on the divorce.
