It was the first time that the license album of K-pop group in Turkey was officially released.

"BTS Face Your Self is known as the first Kpop album to be officially released in Turkey," Universal Music Turkey 's sales manager Ashigar Autodesk said in a Yonhap News yesterday.

Universal Music Turkey's official Twitter account has posted news about the release of the album already has more than a thousand retweet.

The company released BTS Face Your Self album at the same time as the pop star Ariana Grande and the volume is 2,000 like the album of Grande.

"This is what the industry is saying about BTS albums," said Dods manager. "I think it will be exhausted in a few days."

"We have a lot of BTS fans in Turkey, and we decided to release it because the hopes of the official release of the album were high," he said.

It means that K-pop including BTS is not just the music that is consumed only in the 'mania' layer abroad but spreading.

"I am convinced that I have heard the BTS even if I am a young Turkish player who does not know KPOP." "There are a lot of Turkish friends who got to know Korea through BTS," said SINEM Cardo Oru (21, Istanbul), a college student who won the vocal award at the KPOP World Festival last year. "He said.

The album released this time is BTS '3rd album in Japan.

Even though it is the first K-pop album in Turkey, many of the songs are Japanese versions.

Universal Music was forced to import the Japanese version, which was not original because it was hard to find the BTS album that was officially distributed to the European market.

"We searched for catalogs to release BTS albums and there was only one album that we could import," he said. "If we had an alternative, we would have imported it."

He wants to continue importing BTS or K-pop albums, but he points out that options in the European market are very limited.

I am sorry that this album is Japanese version in the Universal Music Turkey Twitter account and I can see many replies of the fans whether they can import the Korean album.

"I am very pleased with the fact that the KPOP album has come in for the first time, and I am very pleased with it," said Cardo Ouludo, the winner of the KPOP festival.
